149. (7). "Senior Officers are entitled to first class passages,

and other officers to second class passages, by a ch

lines and of such standards of accommodation as the

Goverment may fix. The decision as to whether any

particular officer is to be considered a Senior

Officer, and as to the standard of accommodation

appropriate to him rests with the Governor. No cost

to or grant by the Government in respect of any

passage shall exceed or take into account any charge or

expenditure for more costly passage or accommodation

than that appropriate to the case in question".
